Universal College is founded by the following persons

Mr Bharat Giri

Mr Bharat giri, a veteran administration owing to his years of experience in different industrial and administrative concerns, is the chairman of the board of governors of the college. aware of the educational need of the country and being interested in the educational development of our country mr giri joined the team of educationists like mr G sharma and dr S D gnawali who were the co-founders of universal college is deeply involved in the day-to-day administrative activities of the college.

Dr. Shiba Datta Gnawali

Dr S D Gnawali is an educationist to his bone marrow. He did his Ph D in English 2002. Formerly he was a lecturer of English at Amrit Science College. After he retired from his job of Headteacher from Hong Kong, he returned to Kathmandu with the determination of opening a college of reputation in the field of academic excellence. He served as the Founder Principal of Universal College at Lazimpat and Baluwatar. He is responsible for Universal college with classes of MA in English at Maiti Devi.

 
Dr. Shiba Datta Gnawali

Mr. Dhiraj Thapaliya

Mr Dhiraj Thapalliya, a young and vibrant youth deeply interested in education that he regards as essential to the overall development of our country, has been in the management committee of the school wing of Universal College at Baluwatar and member of the Board of Governors of Universal College at Maiti Devi. He is planning to develop the college into a Medical College of reputation in Kathmandu with his team of co-founders.

 
 
Mr. Dhiraj Thapaliya

Mr. Govind Sharma

Mr Govind Sharma is an educationist who has the credit of preparing the first eight batches of SLC at Budhanilkatha School at Narayan Than. He finished his education from North Bengal University, Darjeeling and did his Dip-in-Ed majoring in Emglish Language teaching from Tribhuwan University. He had his academic training of Teaching the English Language from world-renowned Moray House College of Education in Edinburgh, UK. He finished the intensive course of Modern Developments in the teaching of English Literature from Aberdeen, UK. He was affiliated to Eton College for a short period. At present he is one of the Governors of the Board of Universal College.
